SUBSTITUTION/CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions are permitted provided RTI is notified prior to the course. Cancellations which are made at least two weeks prior to the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before class will receive a refund of tuition minus a $50 processing fee. If you do not cancel your enrollment prior to the first day of class, no refund will be made but a credit may be applied to future training during the same calendar year.
